PIEVERSE Inflation Analysis · September 2026 · Supply growing · projected to keep growing

Pieverse cannot print PIEVERSE — the count in existence read exactly 1,000M PIEVERSE across Ethereum and BNB Chain at both ends of the last 90 days — and the Pressure Framework still reads PIEVERSE at +10.83% over that window and +19.89% over the next 90 days. All of it comes from one mechanism: vesting safes holding 724.65M PIEVERSE handing coins to the market on a monthly calendar that began at the Nov 14 2025 token generation event. Sell pressure is 29.75M PIEVERSE, buy pressure is 0, and the cap is a hard 1,000M PIEVERSE that no mint can lift.

The verdict, in one paragraph

Against a circulating base of 274.75M PIEVERSE, the framework books 29.75M PIEVERSE of sell pressure and 0 of buy pressure over the trailing 90 days — a net of +10.83% — and projects +19.89% for the next 90 days, because the team and investor pools reach the end of their twelve-month cliff on Nov 14 2026 and join the monthly release. The inflation monitor reads -1.35% for the same window, a gap of 12.18 percentage points, far past the framework’s 0.5-point tolerance, so the overview ships with a monitor-gap warning. The gap has a single cause and it is not a disagreement about mechanism: the monitor’s supply figure has not changed since Jun 14 2026, so it cannot register any of the releases the chain records, while the safes’ own balances fell from 754.40M to 724.65M PIEVERSE — a difference that matches the observed transfers to the coin. The label for PIEVERSE is a capped token whose float is still being built: the supply cannot grow, but the tradable part of it is growing fast.

Sell pressure: where new PIEVERSE comes from

It does not come from minting. Protocol inflation is 0. PIEVERSE is one token spread across two networks by an omnichain bridge that burns on one side and mints on the other, so the honest read is the sum. On Ethereum the count moved from 909,163,991.05 to 909,309,896.54 and on BNB Chain from 90,836,008.95 to 90,690,103.46; the two legs are the same 145,905.49 PIEVERSE crossing the bridge, and the global total held at 1,000M PIEVERSE to within a rounding artefact. A role-gated mint function does exist — calling it returns the contract’s own refusal rather than a missing-function error — so Pieverse gets a checked zero here, not a permanent one.

Vesting unlocks contribute 21.25M PIEVERSE. Two safes on the published monthly calendar released 5.00M on Jul 15 2026, 11.25M on Aug 17 2026 and 5.00M on Sep 18 2026. Those coins sat outside the counted float and are inside it now, which is exactly what the framework measures. The published calendar entitles the same safes to roughly 16.74M PIEVERSE a month from the community growth, ecosystem and foundation reserve pools, so Pieverse is releasing well under its own entitlement and a backlog is accumulating rather than draining. The framework books the realised outflow, not the paper entitlement; the undrawn remainder is carried as overhang.

Foundation and unscheduled unlocks contribute 8.50M PIEVERSE. An operations safe sent that amount to a single wallet on Aug 17 2026, outside the monthly calendar. Its earlier sends range from 0.30M to 30.00M PIEVERSE with no repeating dates, so it is measured when it fires and projected at 0. Long-term locked or bankruptcy releases contribute 0: Pieverse is a 2025 token generation event with no estate, no trustee and no court-directed distribution. The forward figure of 54.65M PIEVERSE is the measured monthly rate carried forward for three firings plus the documented cliff cohort joining on Nov 14 2026.

Buy pressure: where new PIEVERSE goes

Nowhere, on every surface checked. Programmatic buyback is 0: Pieverse discloses no buyback programme, and not one identified project safe gained PIEVERSE during the window. Protocol fee burn is 0, and that was tested two ways rather than one, because a token can be burned by a call that reduces the count or by a transfer to an address nobody holds keys to. The unspendable addresses held nothing on Ethereum at both boundaries and a rounding dust balance on BNB Chain, while the global count held at 1,000M PIEVERSE. Neither surface moved, so nothing was destroyed.

Foundation buying is 0. Every movement inside the identified safe group was outbound; the group’s combined balance only fell. New long-term lock is 0 as well, and this is the row most likely to be misread. Pieverse opened a locked staking product on Aug 25 2026 with ninety-day, one-hundred-eighty-day and one-year terms, and the staking pool has taken in 10.72M PIEVERSE. Those coins were already counted as tradable, and the pool itself sits inside the counted float, so locking them moves supply from one counted wallet to another and removes nothing. It is a genuine demand signal and a genuine constraint on near-term selling, but it is not a supply removal, and the Pressure Framework only credits a removal it can see leave the counted float.

Foundation and overhang

The overhang is the story of this coin. Ten identified safes held 724.65M PIEVERSE at the end of the window — close to three quarters of the entire cap, and a figure that reconstructs the non-circulating bucket to within 0.60M PIEVERSE. The largest are a 166.00M safe and a 150.00M safe, a second 150.00M safe matching the size of the investor pool, the 100.00M foundation reserve, a 50.00M safe and two holding 20.00M each. None of those seven moved a single token in the window. The three that did move are the two calendar safes, now holding 62.50M between them, and the operations safe holding 10.15M PIEVERSE across both networks.

Every one of these safes is readable on a live block explorer and is refreshed on each rebuild, which is why the ledger closes: the group’s balance fell by 29.75M PIEVERSE over the window and the four observed transfers sum to the same 29.75M, with no residual. If any of these balances falls between refreshes beyond the release already counted, the outflow enters the Foundation row at the next refresh. The pools carrying the most forward risk are team and advisors at 200.00M PIEVERSE and investors at 150.00M PIEVERSE, both locked until Nov 14 2026 and then released over twenty-four and eighteen months respectively. No buyback accumulation wallet and no bankruptcy residual exist for PIEVERSE.

How PIEVERSE compares to other capped vesting tokens

A hard cap and a stable float are separate properties, and PIEVERSE is the clearest possible demonstration of the difference. A halving-model chain like Bitcoin mints new units and slows that minting on a schedule; the total rises while the rate falls. PIEVERSE mints nothing at all and its total can never rise, yet its tradable float grew 10.83% in a quarter because roughly 72% of the cap started life inside safes. A holder comparing the two needs the lockup calendar, not the supply cap; the cap is the less informative of the two numbers.

Against an exchange token with a quarterly fee burn, the contrast is on the other side of the ledger. Those tokens post a measurable destruction every quarter that offsets or exceeds their releases, which is why several of them read negative in this framework. Pieverse has no burn, no fee routing into the token and no buyback, so the buy column is empty by design and every release lands in full. Against a fair-launched token with no insider allocation, PIEVERSE carries the opposite profile again: nearly all of its future supply pressure is scheduled, dated and known in advance, which makes it more predictable but not smaller.

The nearest structural analogues are 2025-vintage venture-backed launches with a twelve-month insider cliff — tokens where the first anniversary, not the launch, is the real supply event. PIEVERSE reaches that anniversary on Nov 14 2026, inside this forecast window, and the monthly release roughly doubles from that date. The staking product that opened on Aug 25 2026 is the standard answer to that problem, and it is worth watching precisely because it could absorb part of the release without ever showing up as a supply removal.

What to watch in the next 90 days

Check the two calendar safes around Oct 14 2026: a release near the recent rate keeps the forecast intact, while a catch-up draw toward the full 16.74M PIEVERSE entitlement would push the reading higher. The single most important date is Nov 14 2026, when the team and investor cliffs expire and the monthly release is scheduled to roughly double to 33.40M PIEVERSE; watch whether the 150.00M investor safe and the large team safes actually begin transferring, because until now they have not moved at all. Then watch the same pair on Dec 14 2026 for confirmation that the doubled rate is real rather than a one-off. Separately, watch the staking pool above 10.72M PIEVERSE and whether Pieverse announces any token-denominated reward for it, which would turn a neutral lock into a new release. Finally, watch for a first disclosed burn or buyback; nothing in the whitepaper promises one today.

Summary

The Pressure Framework reads PIEVERSE at +10.83% over the trailing 90 days and +19.89% projected forward. The supply itself is fixed at 1,000M PIEVERSE and not one token was created or destroyed in the window; the entire reading comes from 29.75M PIEVERSE moving out of vesting safes and into the market against 0 verified removals. The principal risk is the 724.65M PIEVERSE still held in those safes, and the dated trigger is Nov 14 2026, when the team and investor cliffs expire. The monitor difference stays visible on the overview because the monitor’s supply figure has not moved since Jun 14 2026 and cannot show what the chain already recorded.
