PEPE · the mint is gone, and the burn is a rounding error.
Pepe is a memecoin on Ethereum. All 420.69 trillion coins were created in one transaction in 2023 and the code contains no way to make more. Roughly 6.92 trillion have been destroyed since, and the published float still counts them.
Sell pressure. Zero. No coin can be created, no unlock is scheduled, and the launch wallet that received the original 6.9% is empty at both ends of the window.
Buy pressure. Holders destroyed 129.12M PEPE in 90 days. Against 420.69 trillion that is 0.00003% of supply — about $452 worth.
Pepe cannot issue a new coin. The deployed contract has no mint function in its code at all, and the owner address reads empty at both ends of the window, so the switches that could have added one are gone for good.
There is no unlock calendar, because there was never anything to unlock. Every coin was created in a single transaction at launch in 2023 and handed out the same day — 93.1% into a trading pool whose ownership receipt was destroyed, 6.9% to a launch wallet. Nothing is scheduled to release.
No public evidence of release in window — monitored. The launch wallet that received the 6.9% is empty at both ends of the window, and so are the other two addresses tied to the 2023 launch and the 2023 community burn. Two unclaimed wallets holding 5.08 trillion between them did not move a single coin all quarter and stay on the watch list.
No estate, no trustee, no lockup contract. Pepe was never held by a failed exchange or lender, so there is no queue of coins waiting to be handed back to creditors.
Nothing buys the coin back. There is no treasury, no revenue and no entity behind the token, so there is no money to spend and no contract that could spend it.
Pepe charges nothing to move. The project's own line is "No Taxes" and the code matches it — there is no fee anywhere in a transfer, so there is no fee stream that could be destroyed, and with the owner address empty no one can add one.
No public evidence of release in window — monitored. There is no foundation, no labs company and no DAO, so there is no balance sheet that could be buying.
No staking, no vault, no new lockup. The token pays nothing for being held still, so nothing was taken out of circulation this way.
Holders destroyed 129.12M PEPE over the 90 days. Almost all of it was sent to the unspendable address, with a few hundred coins put through the contract's own destroy function — two separate routes, both read directly on the chain at each end of the window. Against 420.69 trillion alive it is 0.00003% of the supply, worth about $452.
