How I score every altcoin in 3 numbers.

This is the MrNasdog Pressure Framework — my system for scoring any altcoin in three numbers. Every coin has three metrics that decide where its price goes.

Sell pressure pulls the price down. Buy pressure pulls it up. Narrative decides whether anyone shows up to buy.

Score each one 0 or 0.5 or 1. Total out of 3. That's the whole framework.

Metric 1 — Sell Pressure

What it measures: How much new supply hits the market on autopilot.

How we calculate it: We track 6 sources, all from on-chain data:

• Protocol inflation
• Vesting unlocks
• Treasury releases
• Locked stake unlocks
• Bankruptcy estate distributions
• Large concentrated holdings

Solana mints new tokens on a hard-coded schedule — 8% at launch in 2020, declining 15% every year toward a 1.5% floor. Fully transparent, fully trackable.

Metric 2 — Buy Pressure

What it measures: How much buying the protocol does on autopilot.

How we calculate it: We track 4 sources, all from on-chain data:

• Revenue-backed buybacks
• Burn mechanisms
• Locked allocations
• Protocol-level demand mechanisms

Solana burns 50% of every transaction fee. Fully transparent, fully trackable.

Metric 3 — Narrative

What it measures: Whether this coin rides the next big crypto wave.

How we calculate it: We watch the narratives where crypto infrastructure has been quietly building for years and a real-world trigger has just arrived. Current candidates:

• AI x blockchain
• RWA (Real World Assets)
• Account abstraction
• Restaking
• ZK applications

Tokenization protocols built since 2020 (Centrifuge, MakerDAO, Ondo, Maple) plus the GENIUS Act and CLARITY Act in 2025 giving institutions the green light. Infrastructure plus trigger. The pattern that has driven every major altcoin season in crypto.
